Who knew that the way you store your coffee beans actually has an immense impact on the quality of your cup? We’re here to provide you with a few tricks and tips to keep your beans as FRESH and AWESOME as possible.

Storage of Coffee

Tip #1: Air + Light.

Preserve your coffee in an airtight, opaque container to preserve the freshness and the ever delicious aroma of the beans.

Tip #2: Moisture.

Moisture is known to accelerate the deterioration process of the beans. If your coffee has been exposed to too much moisture it may develop an “off-taste” and you will lose the amazing flavour and aroma of the beans.

Tip #3: Heat.

Keeping your coffee beans away from heat is again just another crucial component to preserving your overall coffee experience! Exposure to heat can cause a loss in flavour and trust me, you do not want that! Coffee should be stored in a cooler environment, away from any heat sources until the beans are ground and ready to be brewed into that delicious cup of goodness.

Now you can finally enjoy that fresh cup of coffee and preserve its beautiful aroma and taste until the very last sip.

Cheers
