Shipping policy

Here is our shipping process:
  1. Place your order online.
  2. Receive a confirmation email.
  3. We'll roast your order fresh once it's received, ensuring the freshest coffee possible. Your order is then carefully packaged within 1-5 business days.
  4. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  5. Expect delivery within 1-4 business days once shipped. At certain times of year (e.g. holidays) or for special circumstances (e.g. Canada Post strike), delivery times may change. We process shiping as “No Signature Required”. If you want us to require a signature, please contact us as soon as you place your order (coffee@ovroasthouse.ca).
  6. Enjoy your coffee!

Shipping Rates:

LOCAL: Pembroke, Petawawa, Laurentian Valley

  • Flat Rate: $12.00 (no minimums)
  • Free Shipping: on orders $50.00 + (after discounts; before taxes)

Ontario/Quebec + All Other Provinces

  • Flat Rate: $12.00 (no minimums)
  • Free Shipping: on orders of $80 + (after discounts; before taxes)

PICK-UP at our location (155 Borne Road, Pembroke, ON)

  • FREE: You can choose to pick up your order once it's placed. Once your order is ready, we'll email you to schedule a convenient pick-up time.
